Our education programs were developed as a tool to inspire reading, invite creativity and innovation, and help build critical thinking skills. We offer live and web-based programs that include a webisode series that entertains while teaching about Twain, his contemporaries and period events. Included in this subscription service are Twain-centric discussion forums, lectures and stories. Workshops led by Twain scholars, historical interpreters and impersonators help teachers of Twain, 19th Century Literature and History integrate our programs into their curiculum. Scholarships are available to financially challenged school districts through our sponsor Fractured Atlas.
STORYTELLING
Twain invented impromptu stories for young audiences. Alan Kitty continues this tradition by telling old or new stories on topics the children choose.
STANDARD'S-BASED LECTURES
This live program comple-ments Language Arts, History, or Drama programs.
THE YESTERDAY SHOW
